Our mobile applications are designed to enhance the guest experience—from booking and ordering to entertainment and community features.

Our applications are provided as part of our commitment to "Hospitality meets Technology": bringing the same quality and care from our physical venues into the digital space.

3. ELIGIBILITY & AGE RESTRICTION

Our mobile applications and services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using our applications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. USE OF OUR MOBILE APPLICATIONS & SERVICES

Our mobile applications and services are provided to support:

• Information and updates about our venues and events

7. HOSPITALITY & VENUE FEATURES

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

OUR MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BROS KAFE OG BAR AS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR APPLICATIONS OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We do not warrant that the results obtained from the use of our applications will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BROS KAFE OG BAR AS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our applications or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Norway.

Your continued use of our applications or services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
